Privy may display or provide access to third-party content, including business listings, offers, photos, and descriptions submitted by owners or authorized representatives.
- Submitters must have all rights and permissions needed for content they provide.
- By submitting content, you grant Privy a non-exclusive license to review, display, and distribute that content within the service.
- Privy may remove or disable content that appears to infringe rights or violate policy.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content in Privy infringes your rights, email support@privy.llc with enough detail for us to investigate and act.
Service availability
We aim to keep Privy reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Privy is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, Privy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
